Customer Care Internship
PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk

I was responsible for making up to 100 daily outbound calls for customer satisfaction surveys across five branches, targeting a minimum of 50% “agree” responses. I handled approximately 30 customer complaints per day via ACI and CC systems, categorizing issues into 12 subcategories. Additionally, I conducted 20–50 daily follow-up calls to verify complaint resolution, aiming for a 73% response rate, and created 5–10 complaint tickets daily for further handling. I also managed 23–30 user comments on the Adira Infomedia Play Store page, organizing feedback by rating and type for service evaluation.

Mineral and Coal Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) Subsector Internship
Directorate General of Budget, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia

In 2023–2024, I analyzed mineral and coal commodity price trends using data from MDPI, IMF, and the World Bank, and authored a strategic journal published on media.kemenkeu.go.id. I supported the Head of Subdivision with meeting scheduling and minute-taking, and served as a committee member for a Canva design training attended by 50+ participants under the One Ministry of Finance program. Additionally, I managed the SIMBARA questionnaire, which received 81% positive responses as part of a system evaluation effort.

Business Operations Internship
PT Unirama Duta Niaga

I was responsible for monitoring and recording inventory using the Gudang Unirama application, as well as creating stock request tickets to principals based on delivery requirements. I coordinated daily delivery schedules for 18–21 trucks, distributing 800–2,800 items to partner stores, while also recording driver and loading team data. Additionally, I prepared delivery letters for warehouse trucks dispatching goods to partner outlets. I also managed 45–86 daily orders received via Gmail by calculating the total and types of items, then forwarded the information to the operations and sales teams for timely processing.
