4. Making Purchase Order for construction material procurement.
5. Monitoring the progress of construction material procurement.
6. Handling a construction material payment process for supplier.
7. Control construction material needs in the project coordinate with plant coordinator & manager.
8. Making financial report weekly & monthly.
9. Handling product sales on a sister company include making invoice, handling payment & e-faktur.

• Prepare tax provisions schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintain company’s tax database.
• Making VAT & Income Tax reconciliation.
• Making VAT & Income tax billing.
• Making witholding tax slip and distribute it to vendor.
• Reporting Income Tax Periodic tax return (SPT) through E-Bupot Unifikasi.
• Checking VAT periodic tax return.
• Make sure that the company complies with federal, state and local tax regulations.
• Accurately prepare monthly tax reports.
• Helping to manage day-to-day tax compliance (VAT and Income tax), including preparing monthly reconciliation.
